Hello! Welcome to Texas Cooking City Living and thank you for dropping by. I am originally from Southeast Texas and live in New York City now. I started helping my mom in the kitchen at a young age and have been hooked ever since! My signature dish growing up was queso and I still love to make meals for my family and friends. 

 

You'll see this in my recipes but I don't really like to use exact measurements when I cook. I focus on creating flavor by combining quality ingredients with the tips and techniques I've picked up along the way. I will try to include general measurements and then options for you to increase certain flavors that you like.
