Basil Whipped Ricotta

This is great as an appetizer or as an addition to my Spicy Rigatoni..or just about any dish. I could serve this on toast and be happy!

This is an easy one to throw together; it takes about ~5 minutes of prep, ~10 minutes overall and yields multiple servings.

Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of ricotta
Basil to taste (I usually use about two handfuls)
1 teaspoon of honey
Directions
Add ingredients to food processor and mix until well incorporated (about 2 minutes). Serve with your favorite dish or as an appetizer. I almost always add this to my Spicy Rigatoni (linked here). I hope you enjoy!
